Tectyl corrosion protection for cavities

Tectyl 210-R is an amber colored, solvent cutback, wax base, thixotropic corrosion preventive compound. Tectyl 210-R is designed for protection at factory level of enclosed boxes, seams, joints and other creviced locations of vehicles, susceptible to corrosion. Tectyl 210-R cures to a semi-hard, waxy, light amber colored, translucent slightly tacky film.

Tectyl Cavity Wax Non Solvent is a resin/oil based, light brown/yellow, corrosion preventive. Its non-solvent properties ensure high efficiency, an advantageous environmental profile, with almost free from organic solvent and generates almost no smell. Tectyl Cavity Wax Non Solvent is developed for industrial applications, giving good penetration into folds, flanges and cracks, as well as for the inside of car doors and other hollow sections of cars and rolling equipment. Tectyl Cavity Wax Non Solvent cures to a light yellow, translucent, semi-soft film.

Tectyl 4D750 is a resin/oil based, light yellow, liquid corrosion preventive compound. Tectyl 4D750 is formulated with a minimum of volatile organic components. Tectyl 4D750 is designed for industrial application giving good penetration into folds, flanges and cracks, making it very suitable as a corrosion protective for the inside of car doors and other hollow sections of cars and rolling equipment. Tectyl 4D750 cures to a light yellow, translucent, semi-soft film.

Tectyl™ 550-ML is a solvent-based, wax-based corrosion protection. Tectyl™ 550-ML has good water-displacing properties and good penetration, making it very suitable as corrosion protection for the inside of car doors and other hollow profiles of cars and other vehicles. Tectyl™ 550-ML cures to an amber-colored, waxy, semi-solid, translucent film.

Tectyl 558-AMC is an amber colored, solvent cutback, slightly thixotropic wax base corrosion preventive compound with good water displacing properties. Tectyl 558-AMC is primarily intended for spray application such as enclosed boxes, seams, joints and other creviced locations of vehicles, susceptible to corrosion. Tectyl 558-AMC is recommended as a primer coat for 2-layer systems for several solvent based Tectyl products. Tectyl 558-AMC dries to a dark amber colored, translucent, waxy, semi-firm, slightly tacky film.
