Oven and dry systems
Convection ovens, IR drying, UV drying
At Coapsys we design and install drying systems.
Depending on the needs of the line and the possibilities of space, weight, etc., we integrate different types of oven:
Convection ovens powered by gas, heat exchangers or electric heaters are a traditional option that offers homogeneous drying in all parts of the piece.
IR drying systems, normally powered by short wave IRCC resistors, are a fast and economical curing system that focuses on the necessary parts without heating the rest. This system must be studied for each case since the geometry of the piece as well as the difference between planes must be taken into account.
UV curing systems are designed for paints for this purpose. They have an extremely short drying time and, as with IR systems, the piece must be taken into account. Currently, these systems are complemented with convection for dual-cure paints.
