Protocol for prevention and action against workplace harassment, sexual harassment and sexual violence.


At Coapsys Sistemas de Aplicación, S.L. we guarantee a safe, respectful and equal work environment. This protocol applies to all staff (salaried employees, interns, and freelancers) and establishes measures for preventing and responding to workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and sexual violence.

Guiding Principles

  • Zero tolerance for any form of harassment or violence.
  • Confidentiality throughout the process.
  • No retaliation against anyone who reports or collaborates.
  • Protection of the victim is a priority.

Confidential communication channel

To report a situation, please use the protected form (with the option to send anonymously). Emails are not published to avoid automated spam.

Procedure for action

  1. Submission of the communication using the form.
  2. Initial assessment within a maximum of 3 working days.
  3. Immediate protective precautionary measures, if applicable.
  4. Internal investigation (up to 15 working days).
  5. Report and resolution with disciplinary measures (up to 20 working days from the communication).
  6. Confidential notification to the parties.
  7. Referral to authorities if the facts could constitute a crime.

Prevention and awareness

  • Annual training for the entire staff.
  • Dissemination on the website, intranet, and internal information monitor.
  • Review of the protocol every 2 years or in the event of regulatory changes.
